Job Description
Lucid is currently looking to fill several software engineer positions to bolster its teams working on its “Kovid” product platform.
Selected candidates will work on both new product and feature development and customizations of the product. They will work with a very dynamic and agile team and will retain the possibility of handling multiple responsibilities commensurate with their performance. Selected candidates with contribute to and help maintain over one million lines of code. Exceptional candidates will have the opportunity to apply their skills in the highly dynamic and global NDT/NDE market.
Experience:0 to 1 yrs
Skill: -
· C/C++ or .NET skill required with at least 0 to 1 years of experience.
·
Candidates with both C++ and .NET skills are
preferred.
· Demonstrable history of work with user interfaces is advantageous.
· Some supervisory experience and work experience in medical imaging is an added advantage

Lucid provides software solutions across the entire NDT lifecycle. This includes software for the different steps involved in testing. All of Lucid’s offering are geared towards enhancing productivity and effectiveness of Nondestructive Testing or Nondestructive Evaluation (NDE).
• Preparation of test procedure - including scan plan
• Set and testing – software integrated with instruments and also for use in an inline test set up in manufacturing
• Data Analysis – Visualization, Assisted Defect Recognition (ADR), sharing/discussing with a remote expert, archiving the data and knowledge management
• Reporting – support multiple report templates for different stakeholders, archival and generation of reports

Kovid Imaging is a decision support system in the field of NDT specially designed as world’s first Multi technique and Multi-supplier NDT software. It provides the complete solution to meet the challenges of data acquisition, analysis and storage. The software can acquire the data from an instrument, process the data with application specific tools, support decision making/make decisions, and then present or store/archive.
