Forrester is looking for a Software Developer, Quality Assurance to join our growing technology team. This hands-on role involves both writing the automated tests and increasing the quality of the software we release.
Our teams treat everyone with dignity and respect, are highly collaborative across technical and non-technical roles and we communicate openly and without reservation. Our goal is to improve ourselves and Forrester’s products.
- Works with the technical lead, QA to implement our strategy for quality improvement with automated and manual testing.
- Works with product teams to identify and understand requirements to be tested.
- Collaborates with technical teams toward a rapid feedback on feature development.
- Pushes the further evolution of our Agile processes.
- More than one year of experience in web automation testing using Selenium WebDriver, POM-based framework, Maven/Gradle build deployment, Selenium Grid on Docker, and Jenkins continuous integration with TestNG or any related field.
- A product mindset focused on the outcomes of the work we do.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills; customer obsession, patience, humor, resourcefulness, and a positive attitude.
