Software Development Engineer - HyperView
Responsibilities:
- Ability to quickly understand a large and complex code base
- Purpose solutions to complex problems including UML diagrams, sequence and UI workflow design.
- Work in a large complex C++ source base to solve problems and execute proposed designs.
- Debug and profile existing and newly written code.
- Development is on both windows and Linux platforms
- Develop automated tests with possible to ensure new development
Skills:
- 2-5 years’ experience C++ include use of common libraries STL and boost.
- Strong object oriented design and programming skills
- Experience with python and/or Tcl is desirable
- Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis, CAE, CAD will have an added advantage.
- Basic math skills including linear algebra useful
- B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech [Mechanical/CAD/Civil. OR any stream with relevant FEA/CAE/CAD experience]
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Exposure to Scripting (Tcl/Tk, Python or other similar script language) will have an added advantage
