Job Description
Skills, competencies and experience required:-
- 12 to 15 years of exp in IT with 3+ years of Project management experience.
- Experience in project management using agile methodologies, estimation.
- Requirements elicitation and analysis.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both
Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together
in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
- Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools: JIRA, Service now,
Agile Project Management tools such as Jira/Greenhopper, TFS, or equivalent, Microsoft Project, VSS,
Sonar cube, Fisheye, Jenkins, and all Office Tools.
- Ability to proactively call out isssues and risks and provide solutions.
- Consultative & Solution-oriented - Ability to propose design and development approach.
- Experience in building generic framework/architecture
• Prefer developer background, tech savy.
- Experience in working in CMMI level 3 or above.
- Support presales initiatives in estimation.
- Ability to work in continuous integration setup.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
