Provide a brief description of the overall purpose of the position why this position exists and how it will contribute in achieving the team s goal To provide DMS and arcwatcher customization support and to achieve offshoring target for DMS Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities Responsible for DMS customization Responsible for Arcwatcher customization Responsible to setup customize DPUScan etc Understand basic filenet knowledge and API Contributing Responsibilities Obsolescence mgmt for asset Technical Behavioral Competencies Banking Knowledge General banking knowledge is a plus Banking knowledge related to Wealth Management Private banking is a plus Technical Skills Java Javascript Must have Core Java Spring Core Web Services REST JSON AngularJS or JQuery or Extjs or any java script framework Java IDE Tool Eclipse or IBM Rational Application Developer 7 above Nice to Have Spring MVC JMS with IBM MQ Series Ant Jenkins XML Maven Bootstrap IBM Filenet or BPM SQL Must have SQL DML DDL DCL Nice to have Stored Procedure Database Design Data Modeling UNIX Must have Familiar with UNIX commands Nice to have Shell scripting Specific Qualifications if required 8 years or more of experience in IT industry First class Graduate in any discipline Computer Science preferred from a reputed University is preferred Excellent oral written communication skills Capacity to lead a team is a plus Prior experience working in onshore offshore team setup is a plus Experience with Agile Scrum IT methodology is a plus
