- The individual will be responsible for fixing of bugs, design and development of our proprietary software products, implement new features in our current applications.
- Design and develop reusable software modules individually or in a group that meet technical requirements while upholding high standards of quality, reliability, security, scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Analyze and define technical requirements to fix problems.
- Proactive attitude in identifying and resolving issues and risks.
- Should be able to work independently.
- Keep skills up to date through ongoing self-directed training.
- Candidate should be willing to take up more responsibilities.
- Understand and promote the value of project processes and ensure high degree of process compliance
- The application requires shift support and the resource should be willing to work flexible hours.
Required Skills:
- M.tech/ B.Tech/ MCA/ BCA graduates with 65% aggregate throughout the academics (2016/ 2017 passed-outs).
- Sound have knowledge in JAVA frameworks.
- Should have passion to learn new technologies and ability to grasp quickly.
- Should have good communication skills, problem solving & analytical skills.
