Sales Order Management excellent Warehouse Management excellent Manufacturing good Project Order Procurement SQL M3 Movex Java and RPG Current solutions Smile M3 7 1 Smart Office 350 users to be upgraded Pulse RPG 12 6 Global DC Delivery Center 500 users M3 Java Manufacturing 80 users Senior Person should be an experienced business consultant with extensive knowledge of the M3 ERP System Important characteristics are the clear understanding of both technology and business In depth understanding of processes both within the sales domain including warehouse and in a global manufacturing company is an advantage, as well as the communication skills on all levels Deep, know how of M3 and its lifecycles In depth understanding of processes within the sales domain is a must In depth understanding of processes within warehouse management is a must Understanding of processes within a global manufacturing company is good to have It is an advantage if the person has experience of upgrading M3 and or implementing cloud solutions We believe that this person is driven and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and quality with strong business focus An analytical mindset with attention to details Effectively prioritize and execute tasks The right candidate will easily network across business functions in an international and cross cultural environment working in line with our drivers Action Interaction and Satisfaction We do not expect anyone outside Alfa Laval to know about our current solutions and we know it takes a while to get an understanding for the solutions And that makes it very important that the candidate is interested in staying for a longer period to learn and develop within the role as solution manager In the long run it would be great to establish a team of up to 2 resources in GITDC that can contribute with 3rd line support maintenance and development to the Sales ERP team The vision is a critical mass of total 4 resources in Pune 2 FTE M3 resources and 2 Syncron resources This to be able to bridge knowledge transfer between 3rd and 2nd line support Project management experiences are of highest value Solution Manager will report to the sERP Manager and be placed at our headquarter in Lund To support live sites with enhancements and 3rd line support Work hands on with improvements in prioritised solutions Smile Pulse HSS One4AL To act like an application specialist sales and warehouse management in 3rd line support projects and other ERP related initiatives As a specialist within the Sales domain you will be working closely with other Specialists Solution Mangers and Architects to solve problems for our end customers 3rd line support deliver changes from smaller enhancements to bigger features and projects Participate in analysis design and support of both new solutions and already live solutions and systems You will be working closely together with the business and IT projects to specify the requirements and needs participate in analysis design build deploy and support of the solutions Must to have 4 to 6 years B2 level
