Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality, efficient, and reliable software products.
This role demands strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow with the latest technologies and best practices in software development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Software Design & Development:

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code based on requirements and technical specifications.

Design and implement features across the full software development lifecycle – from concept and architecture to release and maintenance.

Contribute to both front-end and back-end development (based on the stack).
2. Code Review & Collaboration:

Participate in peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Collaborate with team members using version control systems like Git.
-
Work in agile development environments using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
3. Testing & Quality Assurance:

Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to ensure software quality.

Fix bugs and troubleshoot issues promptly in development and production environments.

Collaborate with the QA team for automated and manual testing.
4. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and systems.

Write clear and concise release notes, changelogs, and internal development notes.

Contribute to knowledge sharing and team documentation practices.
5. Research & Continuous Learning:

Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Continuously improve skills and participate in training programs or workshops.

Explore open-source tools or technologies that can improve team efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Master’s degree (M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc) is an added advantage.

Experience:

Prefer professional experience in software development.

Freshers with strong academic knowledge and project experience are also welcome.

Required Skills:

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming (OOP).

Hands-on experience with one or more programming languages.

Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaboration workflows.

Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

Ability to write well-documented, testable, and efficient code.
