Job Location: Thiruvananthapuram
Experience: 3 – 6 Years
Job Purpose:
- We are looking for a passionate Node.js Developer to join our backend team.
- The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic developer eager to learn and grow his/her skills in the field.
Job Description:
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript
- Sound understanding of Object-Oriented methodologies
- Strong expertise in Node.js and frameworks such as Express, StrongLoop, etc
- Hands-on experience in RDBMS and NoSQL databases
- Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
- Good understanding of server-side templating languages
- Hands-on experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
- Ability to work as individual contributor as well as a good team player
- Able to develop complex based applications
- Good Communication Skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
- Implementation of security and data protection
Qualifications/Experience:
- 1+ years of Node.js development experience
- Substantial JavaScript experience
