SOFTWARE ENGINEER/SR. SOFTWARE ENGINEER – NODE.JS
Experience: 2 – 4 years
Location: Bangalore
Job Responsibilities:
- Translate requirements and implement features to perfection using open source technology stack.
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Develop and test across multiple browsers and platforms.
Essential Skill Set:
- Object oriented JavaScript programming (this is not year 2000 validations or animation hacks, but “real” object oriented programming in JS)
- Excellent understanding of Node.js programming.
- Strong work experience in Design Patterns and Algorithms.
- Excellent understanding of data structures, algorithms, threading, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of database programming using technologies like MySQL/ MongoDB.
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, high energy environment.
Desirable Skill Set:
- Full stack experience with any backend server side programming language like PHP/Java/RoR etc.
- Tools: Bower, Grunt, Karma, Jasmine, Mocha, npm, git
