Job Description
Eligibility : B.E/BTech(CS/IT/ECE),MCA from 2015 batch with 65% in 10th and 12th and 60 % in graduation.
Summary of position :
- Provide application and technical support for clients of Fiserv’s client/server and multi-tier based products.
- Responsibilities include detailed and technical problem analysis, setting up complex technical environments to reproduce client problems, liaise with the core product development team, and the ability to work well with other associates in order to resolve all questions and/or problems related to our applications.
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis and provide the clients with status updates on current support cases, and organize and take part in regular support review meetings with clients.
Primary tasks and responsibilities(most have) :
- Ideally any campus project experience in the following areas:
- J2EE Web servers (WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, and Tomcat)
- MS SQL Server/DBA and/or Oracle Enterprise/DBA
- Windows Operating Systems (server and workstation)
- UNIX (Solaris, Red Hat, and AIX)
- LDAP, Active Directory, single sign on (SiteMinder, TAM)
- ANSI SQL, Transact-SQL and PL/SQL
- All associates fluent in written and spoken English
- 4/3 years college degree: Computers, IT
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer; Microsoft Certified Developer; or Oracle Certified Professional is a plus.
- Good Communication
- Proactive | Self-Motivated.
- Can work independently
