Job Description
1. Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
2. Persists in sales
3. Enquire and lead generation
4. Cold calling
5. Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
6. Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
7. Answers questions from clients
8. Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
9. Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
10. Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
11. Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
12. Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
13. Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
14. Makes product appeal to the target market
15. Trains other sales people in the art of selling
16. Makes sure that all salespeople meet quota during a given period
17. Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product
18. Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
