Job Description:
- Participation in Rapid start Project kick off as requested Facilitation kick off meeting and share MOM to respective stakeholders Perform contract review to understand the contractual obligations and align the project processes accordingly prepare contract review report identify and discuss action items if any Building awareness of the project specific processes amongst the project team by providing necessary training conducting a walkthrough of the processes and templates assisting in setting up Tools Query resolution for RAT and connect with risk team for Risk reviews Facilitation and Review for PGP CMP Skill Matrix CAST CART SMR Industrialization Tool Setup Test Strategy
- Plan for Testing projects and OTACE process Assistance for process tailoring and contribute towards finalizing tailoring checklist through discussions with SEPG Metrics configuration in PMTS tool Metrics sheet Provide early alerts to PM SDM Senior management Prepare and circulate Delivery Excellence report to all stakeholders Update Quality database Project Details POD etc PQL connect to ensure activities are performed as per PQL schedule Plan and conduct monthly project reviews Report monthly review findings to PM PQL and publish it to Senior Management Participation in focus reviews and deep dive reviews for critical projects as requested Support PM SDM to identify best practices process improvements PM to submit the same to SEPG Review metrics and communicate metrics review comments to the project and assist in closure AcceptReject metrics as per defined guidelines Raise metrics alerts to project key stakeholders Provide triggers for focused metrics reviews and participate for the same Facilitate Metrics Training to Project team as needed Participate and facilitate during Causal analysis and FMEA discussions Ensure readiness of the account project for internal and external audits
- Facilitation for closure of audit findings raised in internal and external audits
- To work on tasks specific to BUs as allocated by the QA BU Lead Building awareness of the project specific processes amongst the project team by providing necessary training conducting a walkthrough of the processes and templates assisting in setting up Tools Participate in SMRs report Action Items not getting tracked to closure Strive for Value Add exercises to bring WoW factor including Incident reduction FMEA effectiveness Six Sigma Initiatives Early Alerts etc Report Industrialization data to QA BU Lead as requested Liaise with OTACE Team and report status to QA BU Lead as requested
- Communicate audit team for project closure audit Participate in closure meeting Assist PM SDM for closure of audit findings
