Job Description

Resolves technology related problems; performs
preventative maintenance on technology-based equipment:
Configures, installs and moves
technology-related equipment. Performs software installs/upgrades/restores:.
- Develop teaching aids including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids and reference works.
- Work with internal and external customers to formulate teaching outlines and determine instructional methods.
· Experience/expertise in MS Office productivity tools such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint
· Demonstrable aptitude for learning and applying new technologies and applying general and industry specific business knowledge in a fast paced, analytical and team-oriented environment
· Eagerness to perform a range of activities as they pertain to client on-boarding and support
· Proficient time manager, possessing the ability to manage multiple projects, responsibilities and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to work independently with strong organization skills, discipline, and persistence
· Enterprise meeting management implementation project planning and management
· Delegation of duties to analysts and other supporting stakeholders/SME’s to meet established project requirements and deadlines
· Act as mentor and trainer to newer team members or those in junior level positions
· Assist staff with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of all technology devices, peripheral equipment, software and applications
Eligibility :Ø Bsc, BCA,Diploma in computer engg
Ø Knowledge of Tally is Preferred
Ø Basic computer Language knowledge (C, C++)

About Company
- Interact with customers and establish yourself as a Trusted Advisor for Xactly Implementation
- Develop and maintain current and new implementation procedures
- Manage the customer effectively through proactive and succinct communication
- Design Xactly Incent Compensation Solution
- Configure client compensation plans and reports in Xactly Incent while ensuring best practices are adopted and scalable solutions are delivered
- Maintain high client billable utilization and compliance to business operations processes (timesheet, forecasting)
- Troubleshoot plan logic issues during unit and system testing and user acceptance testing
- Adopt best practices in the documentation of the solution including reporting and integration requirements and specifications
- Provide knowledge transfer and document operational procedures to support successful transition to Xactly’s support team
- Develop prototypes to ensure best practices are being used
- Work with Project Manager and Senior Consultants/Solution Architect in the delivery of end-to-end solution
