Job Description
- Work for Pre- Sales Demo and technical clarification for prospective inquiries
- Must have a good understanding of the business need of Customers
- Product installation & configuration
- End to End Implementation. Manage the completion of small, medium and large, implementation projects within the time allotted for each project
- Data Migration / Backup and Restore
- Draw various reports as per the need
- The help End user in understanding the Product
- Training Channel Partners/User on various modules
- Response to the client as per the need
- Interacting with clients and measuring customer satisfaction
- Good Oral / Written, business communication skills in English / Hindi
- Proactive, with a positive attitude, quick learner and multi-tasking ability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience: 1+ years in Retail Software Sales
- Education- BBA/MBA, B.Tech/M.Tech, BCA/MCA, Commerce graduate
