Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage the end-to-end sales process and provide clear visibility on the pipeline, maintain and report sales analytics
2. Understand client requirements and pass them on to the product team for further analysis
3. Use engagement strategies for customer retention and reduce churn
4. Build and maintain relationships with accounts
5. Work with prospect's data to deliver world-class product demonstrations
6. Provide strategic presales support for sales activities, including needs analysis, data review, product demonstrations, and other general sales support
7. Manage the features, benefits, and application of Harbor's products
8. Communicate via phone, email, face-to-face, and web meetings with prospects & assist and guide them through the evaluation and selection process
9. Communicate daily with the team regarding sales activities and strategies
