Job Description

Key responsibilities of a Software Support Analyst:

Perform root-cause analysis for any issues reported by the customers as they use our software.
Document bugs and enhancements reported by the customers and be liason to the product team.
Train new customers on product features.
Monitor the production infrastructure and follow escalation protocols.
Integrate DispatchTrack with other software using our API.
Communicate over phone and email with international customers.
Be available for rotational shifts 24X7 to support our customers worldwide.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Must have taken basics in programming course.
Excellent Analytical and logic skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must have 70% or better average score in Graduation, +2 & 10th
