Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Acknowledging and resolving technical issues related to our software functionalities.
- Create and raise issue tickets and proper reports.
- Troubleshoot the issues and prepare documents for each issue
- Work closely with our development teams to identify and resolve any technical errors that might arise during the development of software.
- Give training and assistance to the clients
- Monitor the workflow of issue resolving
- Knowledge of STLC
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Skills Required
- Must possess strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Have strong communication, organizational skills
- Attention to detail is also a requirement for Software Support Engineers
Qualifications
- B.tech, BCA MCA
- Must have hand on knowledge of debugging tool like
- Must have the knowledge of OOPS.
- Experience:- 0-1years, Freshers
