Software Test Engineer [Job ID:jobs-JC196]
Location: Bangalore, India
Qualification: BE or equivalent
Experience: 2-4 Years
Responsibilities :
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Manual Testing of both Salesforce applications
- In-depth understanding of the capabilities of the SFDC CRM application
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning
- Salesforce Health and Service Cloud experience
- Good Knowledge of standard sales and service process flow
- Experience in Case management and assignment, Case Journey, Milestones, entitlements, TAT
- Hands on experience of the Community portal, Knowledgebase, Articles
- Knowledge of profiles, roles, reports, dashboards, workflows, process builders, chatter
- Should have some experience in testing web application
- Good at writing functional test cases for given requirements
- Excellent Communication skills
Soft Skills :
- Must be familiar with tools like Postman, Swagger, SOAPUI
- Experience in web automation is added plus
- Knowledge on SQL or SOQL
- Must have good knowledge & experience in Agile project
- SFDC admin certification or any SF certification
