B.E. / Dip. In IT, Comp. Sci. / B.Sc. Maths
Responsibilities:-
- Prepare Use Cases and Test Against Use Cases
- Prepare User Documentation &/ review and update as and when required
- Assist Support staff for resolving user reported issues
- Assist Marketing staff for business requirements or client presentations
- Ability to apply problem solving skills
- Collaboratively work with team
- Good verbal and written skill
