About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understand the UI/UX design and features of our software and interact with the customers and our in-house teams to gather information and convert it to a technical requirements list that can be shared with the software developers
2. Create clear and easy to understand software training documents to explain to internal teams as well as external customers about how to use the software effortlessly (These training documents will also be showcased on the E-commerce platform's help centre)
3. Engage in daily testing of all the user-facing interfaces on the web, Android app, and iOS app
4. Engage in daily testing of our software for user acceptance by identifying frontend as well as backend bugs in the software, reporting the bugs, maintaining and following up with the software development team to get the bugs fixed
5. Work closely with the E-commerce operations, products cataloging, design, content, and development team
9. Participate in design reviews, provide input on functional requirements, product design, product development, and potential problems

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 5 Lac/annum
