Department Overview:

Product development team is responsible for all new development and any customization requested by client for suite of products , provided by Epay Systems.This team works collaboratively, both internally and across our external customer base, operating in a sharing and learning culture with a view to build continuous improvement in our processes.
Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Software development professional to join the team in Noida office. The role encompasses design and dvelopemnt on our various products. This person will report directly to the Project Manager responsible for delivery of all such enhancements and production support and will work closely with the other teams loacally and globally as well contributing to ontime  quality delivery with customer satisfaction. This person would primarly work in  general shift (10AM – 7PM) and Uk Shift ( 1PM – 10 PM) and it might be changed based on the business requirement.

Business competencies

Education and experience

·        Bachelor of Technology or Masters of computer applications or equivalent  from an accredited  institution and also must have 60% above in overall academics.

·        Candidate must have strong experience in ASP.NET,C#,SQL Server ,JavaScrpt and Jquery .

·        Working Knowledge of MVC,SSRS, SSIS ,Bootstrap and AngularJS  is added advantage.

Management requirements

·        Excellent understanding of software systems and technology

·        Good understanding of software development life cycle

·        Knowledge of, or experience of working in the HRMS/ Paryroll industry would be highly beneficial.

·        Documenting the code ,design methodology ,test cases and other specific of the deliverables.

·        Extensive knowledge of and proven experience with data processing systems, and methods of developing, testing and moving solutions to implementation. 

·        Elicit and gather user requirements and/or problem description information, and record this information accurately

Role & Responsibility

·        Person is expected to understand functional requirements, develop technical design and should be able to communicate the same to the team members effectively.

·        Writing & maintaining clear and concise documentation.

·        Participate in the full life-cycle development process from software definition, through design, development, test (Unit & Integration), release and maintenance.

·         Designs, develops, writes and implements software applications/scripts

·        Look at the defects, issues raised and fix it within the assigned SLA. Periodically review metrics to understand gaps and ensure no repetition. Constantly equip with training, Online courses to re skill and handle challenging assignments.

·        Keep all the stakeholders aware of the Update on Progress, Issues, Clarifications, Dependencies in a crisp but complete status update. Use of reusable code, Contribution to the reusable code pool will be a plus
