Job Description

Drive sales within offline retail channel:

Meet or exceed top-line revenue goals within the established investment budget to achieve P&L goals

Responsible for developing, implementing, managing and reporting on plans to improve brands sales target achievement

Makes inventory decisions to meet consumer needs and drive sales.

Governs delivery of inventory plans through management of assortment targets.

Develops strategies to maximize store in-stock service level to maximize sales and consumer's needs.

Recommends the assortment guidelines by brand and segment to optimize sales and inventory productivity.

Supports localized assortments through consumer and product attribute-based store clustering.

Drives sales & optimizes inventory through recalls, store-to-store transfers, and value-added services from Distribution Center-

Pitching for & Onboarding new brands for new stores-

Develop strategy to drive sales & PnL growthMonitoring and ROI:-

Negotiate budgets, set goals, monitor and report on performance,

Manage planning, execution and analysis of marketing/visibility initiatives for the brand

Manage timelines and prioritization and update monthly to management; Improve customer experience and retention:-

Develop innovative events/marketing initiatives at the store

Upgrade the visual merchandizing & customer experience at the store for brands
