Job Description
- Need Female Candidates only Any graduate / undergraduate (English communication is a must) as Sourcing Executives / Telecaller for a fixed day shift job and Sunday off.
- Note : Carrer gap candidates can also apply.
- As a Sourcing Executive, you will be the voice of BetterPlace and help BetterPlace to reach out to the masses.
- Your success defines our project’s success and hence your job can be both challenging and rewarding, but nonetheless, quite a learning experience.
- You will get to know the demographic diversity of India and help the millions of people out there by enforcing BetterPlace vision through our diversified projects, aimed at bettering a billion lives and empowering people with proper employment opportunities.
Responsibilities: -
- Conversion of sourcing prospects to final usable resources for the enterprise
- Place Phone Calls to potential candidates from our computerized directory.
- Reach out to masses through targeted SMS campaigns.
- Continuous liasioning with the Training & Training Partner teams for ensuring supply of resources.
- Ensuring intelligent vetting of profiles and reach out methods to bring them to the onboarding centres.
- Continuous engagement with the candidate throughout his initial stay with the company.
- Handle high volume outbound calls on a day to day basis
- Maintaining highest level of ethics and empathy required for the job.
- Maintain and update the data on a day to day basis over Excel/CRM
- Refer Customer Complaints/challenges to supervisor for early resolution.
- Any Graduate / Under graduate with a Good hold over English/Hindi/Kannada or any one Local Language. (refer matrix below)
- Impeccable Communication Skills.
- Immaculate Hustling and Negotiation Skills to meet the target.
- Basic Understanding of Excel & any CRM.
- Show highest level of professionalism in and around the team.
