Job Description
Rubicon Skills Development is looking for candidates who want to make their career in HR Industry (sourcing & recruitment) in the long run.
Candidates will be given different sourcing and recruitment projects with certain targets.
The profile is going to give future opportunities in recruitment, behavioral studies, placement coordination, talent acquisition specialist, counselling, PR, client relationship management, etc.
Candidate must have good English communication skills. He must always be target oriented.Candidate must be focused while multi-tasking.
Min 1 year experience in BPO industry, internship experience in NGO/social fundraising organisation, min 1 year experience or internship experience in recruitment consultancy will be preferred.
