Responsibilities and Duties
- Assisting in the setup of standards manuals, trial dishes and compiling recipe cards
- Assisting the Executive Chef and participating in the production to ensure the food quality is of the highest standards.
- Utilising supervisory skills and motivation to maximise employee productivity and satisfaction.
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- Monitoring good costs and waste control to maintain profit margins
