Job Description:-

Managing all operations, finances, inventory and day to day activities of the spa and ensuring complete viability of the Spa, maximizing all opportunities and resources; for ensuring that the highest standards are adhered to, and that guest experience exceeds expectation. Engage with guests build a relationship with them, Book appointments, answer telephone calls Complete responsibility of the top line bottom line (revenues profits) of the spa Ensure high level of customer satisfaction Motivate lead a team of therapists, s front office, Handle customer grievances, Conduct quality audits, Responsible for payments received from guests membership selling and renewals, Liaoning between hotel and R3 Head office.

Key Requirements

1.       Strong organisational, leadership qualities with command over verbal and written communication.

2.       Proven work experience in People Skills, Customer Service, & Guest Relations.

3.       Good Knowledge of Sales and ability to achieve the given Sales Targets.

4.       Good knowledge about the spa and salon industry.

5.       Should be knowledgeable about the ways to measure customer satisfaction & to retain existing clients and attract new ones.

Job Roles and Responsibilities.

·         Responsible for management and performance of the Spa , ensuring high standards of professionalism , customer service and optimum financial performance.

·         Set employee schedules, ensure that employees receive ongoing training and hold staff meetings to keep employees updated on spa procedures and policies.

·         Responsible for achieving revenue targets as set by the Management and aim at setting new benchmarks.

·         Responsible for the quality of service and maintenance of the inventory at the Spa in line with Hotel Operating Standards.

·         Assist with administration duties such as attendance, scheduling, forecasting, stock management and orders.

·         Preparing the monthly financial and statistical reports, incorporating proposals and recommendations regarding policy and operation at the Spa , competition , occupancy and usage , achievement of targets.

·         Assist with administration duties such as attendance, scheduling, forecasting, stock taking and orders.

·         Lead the therapists and beauticians in all issues relating to guest satisfaction, safety, sanitation and spa profit maximization.

·         Responsible for the achievement and regular review of the business plan and budget.
Liaises with the HOD &Operations Manager in the preparation and development of marketing plans for the year.

·         Coordinate, implement, and perform all promotional plans and projects for the facility.

·         Provides leadership, direction and support to the employees at the Spa to develop a highly motivated team, who can deliver high standards of service in all areas.

·         Effectively integrating the Spa within the Hotel Marketing Strategy and to ensure ongoing representation of the Spa, both internally and externally.

·         Comply with all standard operating procedures and policies of R3 Naturals Pvt. Ltd.

·         Develop an annual training plan for the Spa , in conjunction with the HOD , HR Department , Training Department and ensures that all employees are trained and developed to meet the needs of the business.

·         Perform openings and or closing procedures of the day as deemed necessary.

·         Monitors standards of performance and member satisfaction and introduces measures to ensure the highest standards of quality and service.

·         Leads the planning and implementation of marketing activities within the Spa, with support from the Hotel.

·         Responsible for the Health and Safety of employees and members in the Spa and adhere to guidelines and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Manual.

·         Ensures that good practice is applied to all issues in relation to employees and in conjunction with the HR Department, ensures that all Hotel HR policies and procedures are followed.

·         Provides an effective structure for communication within the Spa at all levels.

·         Maintains a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene at all times as per grooming standard.
