Salary and Other Emoluments: As per 7th CPC Pay Matrix, Level 6 (Rs. 35,400 – 1, 12,400)
Contractual: For a fixed term of three years including a probationary period of initial six months from the date of joining the Institute and this will not confer any right of permanence
Qualifications:
i. Graduate from a UGC recognised university with minimum 55% marks.
ii. Minimum five years’ of experience as stenographer/ Personal Secretary in a reputed firm or govt. office.
iii. Diploma/ certificate course from a reputed institute on subjects of stenography, shorthand, or related subjects.
Desirable
i. Good working knowledge of computer, especially MS word, Excel, PowerPoint.
ii. Knowledge of Hindi / Devanagari Typing
iii. Good written and verbal communication.
Job Description
i. Taking dictation of letters, notes, circulars etc. and transcribing.
ii. Fixing up official engagements, tours (national/international),
iii. EPABX handling,
iv. Ensuring safe custody / disposal of the documents provided by the officer
v. Maintaining files/ records.
Age Limit: Not more than 40 years as on 01 July 2021.
