Special Educator
Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Build a network of schools and community partners to transform the way special needs students and slow learners are being managed today
· Support sales process to schools and community partners
· Lead implementation of Eblity technology in schools and with our community partners
· Support aspects of training and onboarding of schools, community partners and their customers
· Work closely with cross-functional teams within Eblity to define and improve/optimise internal operational workflows and project as well as product implementations
· Create and continuously improve our operational training and communication programs to achieve service excellence culture in Operations Team
· Support all school partners monthly reviews
ABOUT YOU
· Proven 5-10 years’ experience as a Special Education Teacher or relevant role
· Experience working with children with a wide range of disabilities
· Good knowledge of current special education topics and methodologies
· Patient, resourceful and resilient personality
· Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
· Valid special education certificate
