ROLE and RESPONSIBILITY

Specialist – Network Operations is accountable for lifecycle management of network service operations, including as major areas:

Network service management operational responsibility for all network services
Network operational cost planning and follow-up
Network services cost optimization and value realization
Network service vendor management
Network sourcing management
Network security management
Network infrastructure architecture responsibility
Support other infra towers and other project and development teams with network infrastructure design and needs
Infra cost optimization and value realization
Participating in network services and roadmap development. Deploy, use, retire

REPORTING

Reports to Service Manager, network service

REQUIRED SKILLS And KNOWLEDGE

The successful candidate has

8-10 years of demonstrated network service management experience and success in a relevant context
significant exposure and experience within a global enterprise
fluency in English
proven experience in network development and management
strong network services technical knowledge: WAN, WLAN, LAN, FWs, VPN, DDI among others
cloud and infrastructure knowledge and experience in operations
strong experience in service and vendor management
proven experience in IT/network service sourcing
entrepreneurial spirit with can do attitude – helpfulness across teams
strong management and communication skills
interpersonal skills with service mindset
relevant network and ITIL certifications
