01.Community and Communication Development Specialist /1-DPMU- Hailakandi
Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree in Social Science/ Social welfare/Rural
Development .3 years of relevant experience multi sectoral development agencies/
NGOs / Consultants / Government Organizations in participatory development approaches.
002. Sanitation Specialist /1 (DPMU – Hailakandi)
Qualification: Master degree in engineering, social science, environmental science, water and
sanitation, or a related field; 3 years of professional development
experience in the WASH sector, and significant project management
experience; Experience in implementing, designing, or coordinating WASH in
rural community ; Familiarity with community-based sanitation programs,
and with a diversity of latrine designs for rural communities; Knowledge
of SLWM technology options and experience in implementing SLWM activities in
rural areas Exceptional degree of integrity, judgment and tact in handling
the most sensitive, diverse and confidential materials.
003 Project Engineer /6 (2 each in DPMU). Hailakandi. Jorhat and Kamrup
Qualification: Graduate in Civil engineering from any recognized institute. Minimum 1 yeas of referent past qualification expecience preferably in design, supervising,
project managernent in any i nfrastructure sector . Experience of working in water supply
sector will be an additional qualification. Experience in project management software packages like Primavera.
MS Project will be added advantage.Strong communications skills in English, Hindi and Local Language

004. HR Executive / 1- SPMU Guwahati
Qualification: MBA(HR) from recognized institute/ University. Minimum 1 year experience in staffing recruiting conducting interviews HRM etc. The applicant must be well conversed with MS-office packages preferably in
MS-Word. MS excel and MS access. Diploma in Computer application and diploma in computer typing is
desirable. Strong communication skills in English. Hindi and Local Language.

005. MIS Executive/1 for SPMU.Guwahati
Qualification: BE(Computer Science) . MCA Iran recognized institute/University. Minimum 1 year experience in IT. hardware, MIS, maintaining IT Infrastructure in the office . Experience in designing and maintainng MIS is desirable. Strong communication skills in English. Hindi and Local Language.

006. Office Assistant /3 (DPMU Morigaon. Sivsagar and Bongaigaon)
Qualification: Graduate in any stream from recognized institute. Minimum 1 year of relevant
post qualification experience in office administration/file management/office
correspondence etc. Must be computer literate and should have diploma in
computer application and type writing. Strong communication skills in English,
Hindi and Local Language.
Age limit : 40 years as on 01-01-2017.
