Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment - Drive the recruitment process, participate in it (as need be), and ensure closures within mandated turnaround time
- Understand the need of the organization and supervisors to acquire manpower
- Develop appropriate .
- Sourcing candidates with appropriate skills
- Conducting Interviews
- Reference Checks
- Learning and Development - Drive the implementation of the annual training calendar, in line with the identified needs for the year
- Induction and On Boarding
- Lead on pre-and post-employment formalities
- Orientation to new staff/ consultants with policies/ procedures, roles and responsibilities, clients
- Oversee connect with employees during their probation period, and work on feedback for improvement of system
- Employee Engagement - Ensure an engaged and connected workplace through the implementation of employee engagement and internal communication policies
- Organizing events/ and workshops
- Counselling on professional issues
- Keeping a track of the attendance of the employees.
- Filling the leave forms and keeping a track of the leave taken.
- Tracking employee absenteeism, if so taking corrective/ preventive measures.
- Perform other related duties as required
