ROLE and RESPONSIBILITY
Specialist, Service Management Office is accountable for global delivery and management end-user support services, including as major areas:

Work with Global SMO Lead in Managing and developing Neles IT Service management office
IT Service Design & Transition, IT Service Delivery/operation
Continual Service Improvement
IT hardware asset management
Knowledge and Problem management, Release management
Run cost optimization
Demonstrates clear and compelling actions to achieve business and performance objectives.

REPORTING

Reports to Senior Manager – RIT EMEIA & Global SMO Lead

KEY CONTACTS

Solution domain Leads and teams
Partners, service providers and vendors
Program and project managers, Architects and Specialists

REQUIRED SKILLS And KNOWLEDGE

The successful candidate has

8 to 10 years of demonstrated experience and success in a relevant context.
ITIL foundation or above certification
Sound Knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow ITSM tool
Cloud and infrastructure knowledge and experience in operations would be an added advantage
Interpersonal skills with service mindset

Excellent Verbal and written communication.
