Responsibilities

Design of software feature(s) according to agreed architecture and requirements
Implementation of software features according to design
Planning and performing testing to ensure fit to design/requirements and automate
Interface with various R&D groups and with support tiers

Qualifications

9+ years of experience working in software Industry as a software engineer (part of SW development team)
Development experience in Java/J2EE, Servlets and Python programming language spread across data structure, threads, OOPs, design patterns, functional programming level, memory optimization
Experienced working with Databases (MySQL, MongoDB) at schema definition, query performance tuning, ORM , MQ or other messaging queues
SaaS Enterprise Product development experience
Hand on experience with RESTful API development
Experience working in and driving Continuous Integration and Delivery using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes and Artifactory
Familiarity and/or experience with public cloud infrastructure and technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Engine, or Azure
Project experience with DDD-Domain Driven design, micro services will help

Good To Have

Experience working in an Agile methodology development environment and using work item management tools like JIRA
Development experience using Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot for web applications or webservices. Spring security/batch will be added advantage.
Familiarity with JMS/Kafka, API Gateway/reverse proxy will be good
Experience developing scalable multi-tenant SaaS-based solutions
Experience working on Anti Money Laundering, Case Management or Fraud Detection product will be an added advantage
Experience with Rules Engines like Drools and others is a plus
Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts is a plus
Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL technologies
Degree in Computer Science, Industrial/Electronic Engineering
Development experience using Security technologies like SAML, OAuth and JWT is a plus
Familiarity with Directory Services and Single Sign On is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience with workflow engines a plus
Experience working on Actimize solutions or Anti Money Laundering, Case Management, Fraud Detection knowledge will be an added advantage
