Job Description
- We are looking for a Spoken English & Soft skill Training Specialist to enhance the competencies of individual Candidates by designing and conducting training programs that will boost Candidates workplace performance.
- You will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions.
Main requirements:
- University degree
- Professional soft skills training qualification and experience
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques;
- Previous commercial training/mentoring experience with a passion for training;
- Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting;
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles;
- Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences;
- Proven ability to master the full training cycle;
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation and coaching skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Effective organizational skills;
- Dedicated personality working in a dynamic environment;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint in particular);
- Proficiency in English (upper - intermediate level)
Helping students build competency through training. Will be responsible for,
- Training the aspirants on an integrated module.
- Post-placement counselling of aspirants.
- Support the centre in conducting assessments of the aspirants.
- Publishing the entire Training plan/calendar of the center.
- Networking with guest lecturers/industry, to arrange field visits as part of the sector readiness module / Sensitize employers towards employing PwDs.
- Handholding aspirants at the workplace (for a short duration) after placement
