A) The trainer has to conduct the online classes on Zoom.

B) The trainer should be flexible with the working hours and should be able to respond promptly as and when required.

C) The trainer should connect properly with the students, understand their individual needs and cater them in the best possible means.

D) The trainer should follow a systematic teaching methodology to simplify the learning.

E) The trainer should be able to identify the areas where a student has to improve and frame effective strategy accordingly.

F) The trainer has to manage every student's data effectively.

H) Can help the students in strengthening their Confidence and tackle their phobias.

I) Can take the sessions of students from all age group ( From Kids to Adolescence).

J) Should be empathetic and understand the students' need.

K) The person should be pro-active and energetic while conducting the classes.

B) Great Command Over Grammar

C) Accurate pronunciation and knowledge of varied accents ( British & American)

D) Thorough with the usage of Vocabulary

E) Should be pro-active in framing the study material.

F) Presentable and should know how to deliver effective presentation.
