Sports Officer / Executive Engineer/ Technical Superintendent recruitment in IIT Goa
1. Sports Officer / 01-UR
Qualification: Master’s degree in Physical Education / Sports Science with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade point average with relevant experience of six years after the qualifying degree. For applicants with Ph.D degree in relevant discipline, duration of Ph.D up to three years would be counted towards experience. Applicants should have specialization in at least one sport such as Hockey, Athletics, Cricket, Football, Basketball, Volleyball. NIS Coaching Diploma holders and medal winners in inter-university/national games will be given preference.
Pay Band: 15600-39100 (PB3) Grade Pay: Rs.5400
Age limit: 40 years
2. Executive Engineer (Civil) /01-UR
Qualification: B Tech / B. E or equivalent degree in appropriate discipline with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade point average with relevant experience of six years after the qualifying degree, out of which one year should be in a supervisory post with GP of Rs. 4800 and above or equivalent. For applicants with M. Tech / M.E degree, the normal duration of Master’s programme would be counted towards experience.
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100 (PB3) Grade Pay: Rs.5400
Age limit: 40 years
3. Technical Superintendent / 02-UR (Mechanical Engg.- 01 Electrical Engg.01)
Qualification: B Tech / B. E / M. Sc. or equivalent degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with relevant experience of one year after the degree. OR 3-years Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with relevant experience of six years after the Diploma. OR Bachelor’s degree (other than B Tech. / B.E) in appropriate discipline with relevant experience of four years after the degree.
Pay Band: 9300-34800 (PB2) Grade Pay: 4200
Age limit: 32 years
4. Network & System Administrator / 01-UR
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E./M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent degree with relevant experience of one year after the degree. OR 3-year Diploma in Computer Science with relevant experience of six years after the diploma. OR Bachelor’s degree (other than B. Tech/ B.E.) in Computer Science with relevant experience of four years after the degree.

5. Junior Lab Assistant Physics/01-UR Chemistry: 01-UR, Junior Technician Mechanical Engineering: 02OBC, Electrical Engineering: 01 UR(05Posts)
Pay Band: 5200-20200 (PB1) Grade Pay: Rs.2000
Age limit: 27 years Three years Diploma in respective discipline/branch with relevant experience of two years after the diploma. OR ITI in Electrical / Mechanical trade with relevant experience of five years after the ITI certificate. OR Bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline. (B. Tech / B.E in case of Junior Technician)
