Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

  • To maintain books of accounts on daily basis in Tally and Banking.
  • To maintain Files of all the documents on daily basis.
  • To Create Invoices in Software as well as Tally on daily / monthly basis to payment follow ups and get payment credit in account and acknowledgement.
  • Should have knowledge of GST and all applicable GST compliances.
  • Should have knowledge of income tax i.e. TDS, Advance Income tax, TDS Return, TDS payment.
  • To ensure all payments only after approval & preparation of all accounting voucher such as cash, bank, journals, etc
  • To ensure all the bills are paid properly and timely prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • To calculate all employee payroll and complains like ESIC, EPF, PT, Etc by creating reports, challans, submission to acknowledgement.

    Requirement:

  • The candidate should be graduate with minimum 2-3 years of experience working with Pvt Ltd firm.
  • He should have knowledge of Tally ERP Latest Version, GST, TDS, Payroll, Income Tax, ESIC, EPF, PT, etc.
  • He should also have knowledge of statutory reports would be plus.
