Job Description
- Maintaining Expenses book in excel
- Daily report on expenses to be prepared and sent to Mumbai
- Preparation of vouchers for all petty cash expenses at the branches
- Furnish petty cash statements and make request for replenishments
- Estimate/Performa Invoice to be prepared and sent for approval to studio manager
- Verification of sales order and reconcile it with daily report on rejections
- Preparation of invoice and sending it to Studio Manager for verification and approval
- Follow up with clients for payments/collections
- Process petty cash advances and ensure settlement of advances and collection of supporting documents
- Booking collections & balancing cheques
- Vendor pending in the month beginning statement to be sent to Mumbai
- Coordinate for funds transfer from Mumbai
- Model agencies payments as per instruction from Mumbai
- Resolve queries raised by Mumbai Central office
- Bank reconciliation once in a month for all branch accounts
- Props usage reconciliation
- Maintain Excels for the following
- Collection/cheque receipts
- Vendor payments/cheque details
- Props Stock list
- Admin expenses list
- Proforma Invoice tracker
