Ø Respond to reference checks and verification of employment status

Ø Conduct interviews for selection of best candidates and post-selection induction of new recruits.

Ø Handle complete recruitment process by identifying potential candidates from available job providing services.
Ø Maintain excellent communication with employees and co-ordinate with all the members to ensure smooth functionalities in the organization.
Ø Conduct interviews on a regular basis to meet the requirement and make sure the voice process is not hindered.
Ø Take care of activities like attendance, performance appraisals, Payroll, in-house events, conferences, and other firm-related processes.
Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for employee relations
Ø Assists with new-employee orientation
Ø Resolve cases related to HR queries of the employees
