Job Responsibilities of Bench Sales Recruiter
- Should have strong of experience in Bench Sales [H1B, OPT, EAD, GC, and Citizens] in US IT Consulting Industry.
- Should have good understanding of the US Staffing Business, Staffing Sales process.
- Should generate market intelligence to identify potential US clients for different technologies and Analytics Staffing requirements using both Research and existing professional Networks.
- Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source C2C requirements.
- Should be well versed in US Tax Terms like W2, Corp2Corp 1099
- Must have good experience in cold calling and rate negotiation in the B2B domain.
- Must have sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts (a qualified recruiter should have this skill to understand the requirements on any technology)
- Knowledge and experience on Federal/ State requirements.
- Candidates should have excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with US citizens, EAD and H1 candidates for requirements.
- Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
