- We are looking for a Sr Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for lifestyle market penetration in Uttarakhand to accomplish the company objectives.
- The market should be penetrated with his knowledge and skills about the place.
- The responsible person would get immense opportunities for efficient career growth and networking in the company and the industry as well.
- He/She should have good knowledge about the garments market of Uttarakhand.
- Ultimately, you should be able to identify, generate, and convert franchise leads and dealership by building a network, meeting with potential clients, cold calling, email marketing, and customer relationship management with the team you will be provided with
- Locating and proposing potential business deals by contacting potential franchise partners/dealerships; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Experience in maintaining a Team and have knowledge about the market potential of Uttarakhand.
- Giving Presentations about our services to investors & Brands
- Identify Franchise/dealership partners for key identified markets, area mapping.
- Handling responsibility by coming up with suitable solutions and inputs wherever required either from clients or investor for increasing the closure probability.
- Keep regular interaction with key clients for better extraction and expansion
- Tracking and reporting competition in the market and taking appropriate actions to stay a step ahead
- Presenting our Franchisee/Dealership Business proposal to the potential franchisee brand, strong follow-up.
- Experiencing the adrenaline rush and the excitement of a dynamic team working in a start-up.
- Should have experience of maintaining a team of salespersons
- Sourcing and recruiting new franchises, along with managing the existing ones.
