Job Description
SUMMARY:
- Business Development Manager with having experience sales and operations, client Building, you'll be concerned with fostering, developing relationships with customers, team handling, improving and growing Business for Dealers, improve profitability through careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets.
- To oversee the sales/marketing department of the designated area.
- Developing overall business plan, including sales strategies and profit goals.
- Includes performing territory and sales analyses, assessing the results and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
- Building brand awareness. Provide product information, answer client questions and concerns for current and potential clients through visits, meetings or presentations.
- Secure sales for the company both directly and through teams.
- Build and maintain key relationships with potential and current clients and form new relationships with potential clients and follows up with potential and current clients through phone, email and sometimes regular visits.
- Manage the sales team involving training, monitoring, coaching and motivating the team to achieve the desired targets.
- Work closely with other verticals within Friscone group to drive the short-term and long-term vision of the organization and be an integral part of its growth and impact.
- Suggest and incorporate ways to improve the visibility of Friscone Group in the industry
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate
- Work Experience: 5+ years (in sales/marketing/BD)
