- Creating Documentation and help Files to streamline the process.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate/ Under Graduate with 2 - 3 yrs of experience in customer Support.
- Track record of over - achieving quota.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Ability to multi - task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
