Required Experience:
- 7 to 10 years sales & marketing experience for Capital Equipment preferably industrial Refrigeration products.
- Familiar with Eastern Regional Industrial Areas & used/ready for extensive travelling.
- Knowledge of Industrial Refrigeration systems & Industrial Refrigeration Market in East is preferable.
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out Market Promotion activities as per plan
- Conducting Technical Seminars
- OEM/ Consultant/Contractor Meets
- End Customer Meets
- Compile Competitor Information & Order Lost Reports
- Monitor Dealers Activity
- Achieve Order Booking Targets for Compressors
- Achieve Order Booking Targets for Spares
- Negotiation & Finalization of Service Orders/ AMC from Screw/ Institutional customers.
- Recovery of dues from Dealers & Service Customers
Key Performance Indicators:
- Market Development , Customer Satisfaction & Enquiry Generation
- Market Intelligence
- Achieve AOP for ACR (E) - East.
- Service Enquiry Generation.
- Timely Recovery of dues.
