NCRTC invites applications from persons having experience in the field of transit oriented development/ commercial real estate development. The detail of the posts is given below:
1. Post & Pay-scale: Asstt. Manager/ Planning/ Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Rs.50000-160000, (E2) or Sr. Executive/ Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Rs.40000-140000. (E1)
2. No. of Post & Cat.: 01
3. Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Arch. & PG Degree/ Diploma in Construction Management.
4. Experience: Should have minimum work experience of 4 or 3 years (for AM & Sr. Executive, respectively) in handling infrastructure assignments related to extensive research, benchmarking studies, handling various projects related activities, proficiency in preparation of Financial models, presentation documents etc. Prior experience in the areas of TOD/ Real Estate for transit projects is preferable
5. Physical & Medical Fitness: The applicant should not only be suitable in related field, but also should be physically and medically fit enough. In case of selection, candidates will have to undergo a medical examination as per the Corporation policy.
6. Compensation Package & Posting: The Company offers attractive pay, perks and allowances attached to the post/ grade as per company policy. The job is transferable, and the selected candidates can be posted/ transferred to any of the office/ work place of NCRTC during the course of their service.
