5. Scale of Pay: Parent pay plus deputation duty allowance
6. Duration: Three years extendable to 5 years.
7. Terms of appointment: On usual terms of deputation for three years subject to Govt. 's approval for exemption to DFCCIL from the rule of immediate absorption.
8. Eligibility Criteria: Sr. Executive(Electrical): Central/ State Government employees working in analogous grade (Level-7) in relevant discipline or holding substantive posts in Level-6 OR PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs.30,000-1,20,000 (IDA) (EO) with four years' service in that Grade.
9. Specific requirement of Experience: Experience in Planning, Design & Construction of overhead equipment, Traction substation, SCADA, General Power Supply Work. Having experience of working in Electrical Department and in the area of Traction distribution/Railway Electrification.
