Job Description :

Manage Operational logistics - Maintain processes for on-time delivery with no interruption to supply of cold chain/temperature controlled products
Manage & own process with Global & Local freight forwarders involved in primary distribution
Co-ordinates with CHAs for imported products managing end to end process of clearance
Closely working with Regulatory to ensure necessary permissions for each consignment from the Drug Authorities is obtained.
Export - Co-ordination of documents and movement of stocks/samples from India to distributor’s market
Initiate & monitor stock reconciliation (Physical Vs Book) activity across distribution points on periodic basis.
Ensuring timely processing of all vendor bills as per scheduled timelines as per the contract
Collate & report data on near expiry stock to management on monthly basis.
Support/Manage on-going improvement projects, strengthening of SOPs/Agreements and logistics strategy implementation to achieve operational excellence/continuous improvement with our Logistics partners.
Support internal audits conducted by Corporate, statutory auditors, Quality

Desired Profile :

Any graduate/post graduate with 2yrs of work experience in Supply chain management/Inventory planning/SAP/Logistics planning/Demand planning.
Knowledge of import/export, shipping and freight procedures.
Exposure and experience in Biotech / Pharmaceutical manufacturing process, principles and practices; preferably at production site and headquarters level
Candidates from Pharma, FMCG, Chemical and Consumer goods industry is preferable.
