- Strong relationship skills with strong business related knowledge.
- The ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.
- To increase the sales by various methods.
- To maintain & build relationship with clients.
- Someone who owns sales numbers and is a local expert.
- Leverage market expertise and research to identify opportunities to proactively drive conversation with travel agents
- Good Interpersonal and Negotiation skill.
- Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.
- Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.
- May have good existing client relationships in the market.
- Education: Must be a Graduate.
- Some points which might be useful
- Offline guys would pitch travel agents to get high volume bookings in order to achieve their target
- They might also pitch schools and colleges if they have any travel plans for placements and need hotel rooms for the same.
- They will basically capture offline market like school, colleges, event agencies wherever they might have travel/hotel stay plans
