Synergy Academy - Job Details

  • Manage and coordinate the business and operational activities of a recording studio facility, to ensure effective administration of personnel and operational procedures
  • Manage and coordinate the operation of a recording studio facility to ensure design and production of quality sound recordings for Synergy Academy
  • Maintain inventory of required supplies and equipment, evaluate new media equipment and techniques for application at Synergy Academy and recommend purchase of new equipment and supplies
  • Host end Studio setup with all required equipment
  • Check the Broadband & Other Communication Connections including Hosting Server
  • Coordinate with Teaching faculty and ensure to check content is provided to teacher before the shoot
  • Prepare and Maintain Recording Schedule with Course details
  • When Recording the Class , need to collect teaching content before hand and upload same to BBB / Virtual class platform
  • After Recording the Class, need to check Recording Video Output and maintain the Recording file with Course Specific details including Chapter name, Test Name

Skill set :

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in Studio operations & Management
  • Excellent Knowledge in Virtual learning Environment & Video Production/Studio Recording
  • Working experience in E-learning industry/Education institution
  • Working knowledge on MS-Office & Remote Assistance
  • Experience Online /offline Video recording, TV Broadcasting / Webcasting
  • Ability to work on Deadlines and as a Team member
